Please note that pre-ordered items on our website may take up to 2 weeks to produce and screen print. Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping specific products to certain geographical locations. We are not responsible for production delays, out-of-stock items, delivery errors, or carrier transit delays. Due to the high demand, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and items may sell out. Once your order is placed, no changes can be made to the size, color, or quantity of the items purchased. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time.

Please follow the instructions on the website to place your order. By placing an order, you are providing a legally binding confirmation to purchase products and services.

Ensure that your shipping and billing addresses are correct before placing your order. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with an order confirmation and order number for your reference.

When your order ships, you will receive a notification with the tracking number. Order processing and delivery typically take approximately 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the delivery address within the 48 contiguous states, excluding weekends and holidays.

Domestic Orders: We use UPS and USPS for orders within the 50 United States.

International Orders: If you place an order outside of the United States, your order may be subject to customs, taxes, and duties, which you agree to purchase from Davo International as the merchant of record.
